Every AUSTYN order is packed by hand and dispatched from our studio. Here is what to expect.
Shipping Policy
We coordinate deliveries through trusted third-party logistics partners. Shipping fees are paid by the customer and are calculated based on the delivery location provided. Orders are dispatched after shipping payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Orders within Lagos are delivered the same day once payment has been confirmed. Orders outside Lagos are delivered within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
